Randa Alami

OWNER, LEAD INSTRUCTOR 

A petite powerhouse, Alami is poetry in motion. Certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer in 2014, she has never looked back to her once pre-med track.  Her focus shifted to preventative health helping clients focus on fitness and nutrition.  She's continued her accreditation's as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) and Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1). In addition, Alami is Schwinn Spinning, STRONG by Zumba, POUND Fitness and TRX certified; she is accomplished in teaching Bootcamp, Body Sculpt and Cardio Kickboxing.

Alami’s style is warm, personal AND encouraging. She is a consummate professional who knows her client’s abilities and provides challenging and inspiring exercises to develop physical and mental stamina.  According to Alami, “a good trainer is also a great student.” She is constantly seeking new ideas and skills to embolden each and every class.

JENNA BURLINGAME

B.S., NASM CPT, SFC,PN1

STRETCH THERAPIST 

Certified in Advanced Application of Stretching Theory and Practice, Jenna focuses on helping individuals feel comfortable and capable in their bodies.  Her passion for fitness and holistic health ensures that each stretch session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients while promoting relaxation, flexibility and overall physical wellness.

EILEEN SOUTHWICK

B.S., NASM CPT

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, PERSONAL TRAINER

Eileen brings a unique blend of science, experience, and passion to U-KRAVE Fitness. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State and over 25 years of teaching anatomy, physiology, biology, and health, she has a deep understanding of how the body works—and how to help it thrive.
A longtime U-KRAVE member, Eileen is excited to help others reach their goals through smart, effective training. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push further, she’s here to support and challenge you every step of the way.
